I have had repeated problems with the DEF system . I went looking for a service center where I could have a conversation about my vehicle with an informed person at the front desk. I found it at Dales.

I waited a year to see if there would be problems with a timing belt kit install on a Sequoia. There are none and the Truck runs great, that s why I gave 5 Stars. I would go back.

  Excellent service.

They’re very professional and would always recommend them, the diagnosis was accurate and fast.
It was a transmission failure therefore I needed a replacement, which they delivered at a timely manner, despite the amount of work involved.

Great work and quality.

A+++. I would highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced at Dale’s. Jameson and his team run an honest shop with fair prices, and the tech’s will treat your car as if it was their own. I’ve taken numerous vehicles to Dale’s over the years and have never had a poor experience.

Yesterday morning as I prepared to leave my home, my car sputtered to start. I drove to Dale's and thankfully my car could get booked in to check the source of the problem. Within 15 minutes, I was called to advise me that I needed a new battery. Within two hours my car was ready for pickup. I have been a customer for many years and I have always received friendly, informed and timely service.

Toyota Service FAQ

1) Do I need to go to the Toyota dealership to keep my warranty?
No. As long as maintenance follows Toyota’s schedule and is documented with quality parts and fluids, your manufacturer warranty remains valid. We provide detailed invoices and service records.

2) How often should I service my Toyota?
Most Toyotas benefit from service every 6 months or 8,000–10,000 km (sooner for severe use—short trips, towing, off-road). We’ll tailor a plan based on your model, mileage, and driving.

3) Can you service Toyota hybrids (Prius, RAV4 Hybrid, Highlander Hybrid)?
Yes. We handle hybrid cooling systems, brake service, and hybrid-specific inspections. We diagnose hybrid warning lights and advise when dealer-only procedures are required.

4) Do you use OEM parts?
We stock OEM and premium equivalent parts that meet or exceed Toyota specifications. We’ll review options with you and back our work with a solid parts & labour warranty.

5) Do you offer alignments and tire services for trucks and SUVs?
Absolutely. We perform precision 4-wheel alignments, tire installs/balancing, and setups for lifted/lowered vehicles—great for Tacoma, 4Runner, and Tundra owners.
