What are the most common problems with Mazda vehicles?

Rear brake wear, control arm bushings, AWD differential servicing, and carbon buildup on direct injection engines are most common.

How often should I service Mazda AWD systems?

Every 50,000–60,000km to prevent differential and transfer case failure.

Are Mazda turbo engines reliable?

Yes, but regular oil changes and turbo oil supply monitoring are critical.

Do Mazdas require carbon cleaning?

Direct injection engines benefit from intake valve carbon cleaning around 100,000km.

Is a Mazda dealership required for service?

No. An experienced independent Mazda mechanic near you can perform all factory-level service & repair.

I have had repeated problems with the DEF system . I went looking for a service center where I could have a conversation about my vehicle with an informed person at the front desk. I found it at Dales.

I waited a year to see if there would be problems with a timing belt kit install on a Sequoia. There are none and the Truck runs great, that s why I gave 5 Stars. I would go back.

  Excellent service.

They’re very professional and would always recommend them, the diagnosis was accurate and fast.
It was a transmission failure therefore I needed a replacement, which they delivered at a timely manner, despite the amount of work involved.

Great work and quality.

A+++. I would highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced at Dale’s. Jameson and his team run an honest shop with fair prices, and the tech’s will treat your car as if it was their own. I’ve taken numerous vehicles to Dale’s over the years and have never had a poor experience.

Yesterday morning as I prepared to leave my home, my car sputtered to start. I drove to Dale's and thankfully my car could get booked in to check the source of the problem. Within 15 minutes, I was called to advise me that I needed a new battery. Within two hours my car was ready for pickup. I have been a customer for many years and I have always received friendly, informed and timely service.
