1) How long does a battery replacement take?
Most vehicles are done in 30–60 minutes including testing and BMS registration. Complex European/EV systems may take longer due to software resets.
2) Do you test before replacing the battery?
Yes. We always perform a full charging/starting system test to confirm the battery is actually the issue and not the alternator, starter, or a parasitic draw.
3) Can you register/code batteries on BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW, etc.?
Absolutely. We register/coding-match new batteries so the vehicle’s energy management works correctly and the battery lasts longer.
4) Do you service EV and hybrid batteries?
We service 12-volt systems on EVs/hybrids and perform safety/charging checks. For traction battery repairs, we follow OEM procedures and advise case-by-case.
