At Dale’s Auto Service, we’ve recently experienced a rise in last-minute cancellations — averaging 1–2 per day.
These missed bookings leave gaps in our schedule, delay other customers, and waste valuable technician time.
While our regular clients rarely have this issue, we’ve introduced a cancellation policy to keep things fair and efficient.
How it Works:

24-Hour Notice: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

$50 Cancellation Fee: If you cancel within 24 hours, a $50 fee is charged — but it’s always applied to your invoice when you attend your appointment.

If you show up, the $50 is credited directly to your invoice.

If you cancel, the $50 carries forward if you rebook within 48 hours and the new appointment is scheduled within 15 days.

If not rebooked in that time, the credit is forfeited.

No-Shows: Repeated missed appointments may require deposits for future bookings.
