Here is the Process to Submit an ICBC Claim and to have your Vehicle Repaired
Contact ICBC to make a claim to get a claim number, 2 options:

What you’ll need before you report a claim
- The licence plate number the vehicle involved
- The driver’s licence number of primary driver
- Insurance information for any vehicles insured by ICBC
- Details including location, time of accident or theft and direction of travel
You can have the vehicle towed or brought in without an appointment. This allows us to get in the ICBC queue as quick and efficient as possible.
If you need to have the vehicle towed and then submit the receipt to ICBC, please call Clover Towing (604) 513-1900
Please check their coverage if they have Road Star or Roadside Plus, if so then they can get a replacement vehicle through Enterprise Rental Car with their claim number.
Let them know, they should always get the least expensive vehicle possible so their coverage will last as ICBC is not fast with approvals.
Once your vehicle is in our posession we will take care of all of the required steps with ICBC.
