Here is the Process to Submit an ICBC Claim and to have your Vehicle Repaired

What you’ll need before you report a claim
- The licence plate number the vehicle involved
- The driver’s licence number of primary driver
- Insurance information for any vehicles insured by ICBC
- Details including location, time of accident or theft and direction of travel
You can have the vehicle towed or delivered to us without an appointment. This allows us to get in the ICBC queue as quick and efficient as possible.
Please check your coverage to see if you have Road Star or Roadside Plus. If so then they can get a replacement vehicle through Enterprise Rental Car with their claim number.
Always get the least expensive vehicle possible so their coverage will last as ICBC is not fast with approvals.
Once your vehicle is in our posession we will take care of all of the required steps with ICBC.

- We start of with an alignment check to find the severity of damage. From here is where we determine if it is more cost effective to pay out of pocket or get an insurance company involved.
- If the vehicle is deemed not safe to drive because the suspension is damaged we will get you into a rental car for the duration of the repair. If the insurance company needs to get involved we will find the best plan for your car to their facility.
- Once our technicians have diagnosed the condition of the vehicle an estimate will be written for you. Dales has a massive network of part suppliers and auto recyclers where we can find A1 condition parts to bring your vehicle back to its prior condition. When we get the OK to proceed will will have the repair done in the most efficient manner and you will be kept updated through out the repair process.
- When the vehicle is repaired we check the wheel alignment to confirm the vehicle is back to its prior condition. When our technicians give the car a thumbs up you will be notified for vehicle pick-up.
