  I had such a positive experience with Dil and the entire team at Dale’s Auto Service. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions, and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand without ever making me feel rushed or uncomfortable.

As a woman, going into a mechanical or automotive repair facility can sometimes feel intimidating, especially if you don’t have a lot of mechanical knowledge. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to know whether you are being given all of the information or being treated fairly. My experience at Dale’s Auto Service was completely different. I genuinely felt respected, comfortable, and included throughout the entire process.

Dil was especially helpful and made the whole experience incredibly easy. He was patient with all of my questions and made sure I understood what was happening with my vehicle, what was recommended, and why. There was never any pressure, confusing terminology, or feeling like I was being talked down to. Everything was explained professionally and clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done.

Dale’s Auto Service really does feel like a women-friendly automotive facility. The staff creates an environment where you can comfortably ask questions and actually receive thoughtful, honest answers. They make something that can normally be stressful feel straightforward and manageable.

I also really appreciated how organized and professional the entire shop was. The communication was excellent, the customer service was friendly, and I felt like my vehicle was being taken care of by people who genuinely care about doing the job properly.

  I honestly can’t say enough good things about Dale’s Auto Service.

The level of knowledge, professionalism, and diagnostic equipment they have is on another level. I brought my brand new Dodge Ram RHO to them after dealing with an issue that the dealership repeatedly dismissed. I was constantly being sent away and made to feel like I was imagining the problem to the point where I genuinely started questioning myself.

Then I came to Dale’s.

They used advanced diagnostic equipment and actually took the time to investigate the truck properly. They didn’t just guess or throw parts at it they found the actual issue and showed me exactly what was wrong. That moment alone was huge for me because it confirmed that I wasn’t crazy and that there really was a significant issue with my brand new truck.

What impressed me most is that they actually listen. They take the time to understand what the customer is experiencing and then use their knowledge, experience, and equipment to get to the bottom of it. In my experience, the dealership had absolutely nothing on these guys when it came to properly diagnosing the problem.

Jameson and Dil at the front desk are also fantastic. They’re super friendly, professional, accommodating, and make you feel taken care of from the moment you walk through the door.

I’ve been bringing my brand new Dodge Ram RHO here for oil changes since the beginning, and after this experience, I can confidently say I’ll never go back to the dealership again for this kind of service.

Dale’s Auto Service has earned my trust, and that’s not something I give out easily.

Camber is the angle of the wheel, measured in degrees, when viewed from the front of the vehicle. If the top of the wheel is leaning out from the center of the car, then the camber is positive ,if it’s leaning in, then the camber is negative.

If the camber is out of adjustment, it will cause tire wear on one side of the tire’s tread. If the camber is too far negative, for instance, then the tire will wear on the inside of the tread.

CASTER is when you turn the steering wheel, the front wheels respond by turning on a pivot attached to the suspension system.

Caster is the angle of this steering pivot, measured in degrees, when viewed from the side of the vehicle.

If the top of the pivot is leaning toward the rear of the car, then the caster is positive, if it is leaning toward the front, it is negative.

If the caster is out of adjustment, it can cause problems in straight line tracking.

TOE MEASUREMENT is the difference in the distance between the front of the tires and the back of the tires.

We measure toe in fractions of an inch and is usually set close to zero which means that the wheels are parallel with each other.

Toe-in means that the fronts of the tires are closer to each other than the rears. Toe-out is just the opposite. An incorrect toe-in will cause rapid tire wear to both tires equally.
