Just had some suspension work done, so I needed an alignment—and with winter around the corner, new tires too. Lucky for me, Dale’s had me covered on both fronts!
I ordered the tires, and they came in super fast. They got me scheduled quickly, installed the TPMS, mounted and balanced the wheels, and aligned everything—all for a great price. Highly recommend them!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Took my car in for a basic alignment after I replaced parts due to a crash my car was in. They quoted me 115 for a pre alignment inspections which they said if it passed they would wave that fee and procced to do the 4 wheel alignment on my car which they quoted me 160 for so the most I should have paid today was 160. They ended up saying my car passed their pre alignment inspection and proceeded to start the alignment then stopped when they found a issue with the passenger side ball joint. They claim the ball joint was installed with the wrong sided ball joint. We did not replace this sides ball joint so unlikely but that is not the issue as it could have been done by a previous owner. They quoted me 200 dollars to replace the ball joint which is a fine price however we wish to do it ours selves as we can by the part for 35 dollars and replace it in a matter of a half hour. The issue is when I came to pick the car up since they said they could not an alignment they came out with the charge of 250! They charged me for the pre inspection despite it passing and moving on to the alignment and the charge me 80 dollars for the not complete alignment since they found an issues they should have caught in the inspection. The manger did not seem to understand the issues with car nor did the front of desk clerk they just repeated what their technician said.

The owner reached out to me within 20 minutes of the review looking to resolve the situation. They offered a full refund and for them to look at my car futher free of charge. I then called into ralk to the head manger who delt with the situation very well and restated full refund and offered to install the ball joint do you charge. The manger was really keen on fixing the problume and asked for the full storey over the call. When I took my car in today they were very kind and gave me the full refund well also installing the ball joint and doing the alignment free of charge. I am very happy with how I was delt with and how far they were willing to go to reslove the issuse. Wish my frist experience is better however I can tell that is not how they normally do business as they are willing to go the extra mile make sure your experience is good. Despite the initial situation I will be coming back with my car again because they have proven that they are a business that can be trusted.

I brought my 2022 tacoma in for an alignment and was very impressed with the managers knowledge on my truck and his love for the tacoma. I was also impressed knowing that Dale's does much more than just alignments. Lift kits and lots of accessories were also available if I ever needed them. I will definitely bring my truck amd any other vehicles I own to Dale's in the future.
