Why Sprinter Van Alignment Matters
Sprinter vans carry heavy loads, have tall bodies, and rely on precise geometry. Even minor misalignment can cause:

Uneven or rapid tire wear

Pulling to one side
-
Steering instability
-
Poor fuel economy
-
Increased suspension wear
-
Unsafe highway handling
A professional alignment protects your investment and keeps your business on the road without downtime.

Sprinter Wheel Alignment FAQ
1. How often should a Sprinter van get a wheel alignment?
Every 12 months or 20,000 km, or sooner if you drive commercially or notice handling issues.
2. Do Sprinter vans require special alignment equipment?
Yes — due to their size, weight, and suspension geometry. We use Hunter 3D alignment systems designed for Sprinters.
3. Can misalignment cause premature tire wear?
Absolutely. A single incorrect angle can destroy a set of commercial tires quickly. Alignments protect tire investment.
4. Do you work on all Sprinter models?
Yes — Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, and Dodge Sprinter vans of all years and configurations.
5. Do you check suspension components during the alignment?
Yes. A full steering and suspension inspection is included with every Sprinter alignment at no extra charge.

Pre-Alignment Checklist:
Before bringing your car in for alignment, please ensure the following:
- Confirm that the steering and suspension are in safe, proper working condition.
- Check that the front tie rods are not seized, as we do not use heat to free them up.
- Inspect ball joints, bushings, and tie rods for signs of wear or play.
- Ensure bearings are not loose or worn, and there are no leaking struts or shocks.
- Verify the steering box for minor play, and ensure tires are safe for driving.
- The vehicle must be capable of running under its own power.
- If the vehicle underwent restoration, ensure all work has been double-checked by the facility/person responsible. If unsure, book a steering/suspension re-torque before the alignment appointment.
- We will proceed with the alignment once the vehicle passes our inspection
Please note, should any components fail inspection, there will be a charge for the inspection as our technicians invest time in this process. We aim to avoid wasting your time and money by addressing these issues upfront.
Please request a steering and suspension inspection if you do not know the condition of your vehicle.
Thorough inspections and prioritize safety to prevent any future issues.
