Sprinter Alignment FAQ
1. How often should a Sprinter van get a wheel alignment?
Every 20,000–25,000 km, or sooner if you drive with heavy loads or notice uneven tire wear.
2. Can you align lifted or modified Sprinter vans?
Yes — we specialize in lifted, lowered, and overland Sprinter setups, including aftermarket suspension.
3. Will a bad alignment damage my Sprinter?
Yes. Poor alignment accelerates tire wear, ball joint failure, tie-rod wear, and steering issues.
4. Do you offer commercial fleet service?
Absolutely — priority scheduling and faster turnaround for businesses and work vans.
5. What alignment equipment do you use?
We use Hunter Engineering 3D alignment technology, the industry standard for accuracy.

Pre-Alignment Checklist:
Before bringing your car in for alignment, please ensure the following:
- Confirm that the steering and suspension are in safe, proper working condition.
- Check that the front tie rods are not seized, as we do not use heat to free them up.
- Inspect ball joints, bushings, and tie rods for signs of wear or play.
- Ensure bearings are not loose or worn, and there are no leaking struts or shocks.
- Verify the steering box for minor play, and ensure tires are safe for driving.
- The vehicle must be capable of running under its own power.
- If the vehicle underwent restoration, ensure all work has been double-checked by the facility/person responsible. If unsure, book a steering/suspension re-torque before the alignment appointment.
- We will proceed with the alignment once the vehicle passes our inspection
Please note, should any components fail inspection, there will be a charge for the inspection as our technicians invest time in this process. We aim to avoid wasting your time and money by addressing these issues upfront.
Please request a steering and suspension inspection if you do not know the condition of your vehicle.
Thorough inspections and prioritize safety to prevent any future issues.
