We brought in our Honda Odyssey for servicing, we signed in the Van and handed over the keys and what happened next is the difference between night and day, WOW!!! We drove home and about an hour later we received an email from Dale's Auto with an attachment. The title of the attachment was a report on the inspection of our Van. I opened the report and WOW, WOW!! I have never seen a more detailed and comprehensive report on a vehicle before. It has the Dale Auto header, then a photo of our Van, then it listed all that s OK with the Van and then it listed the issues that needed repair or replacement. The issues that needed repair or replacement were accompanied with very high quality photos of the issue, each issue had several photos shown what they found, just mind blowing, thank you Dale's Auto, for taking Auto repair reporting into the 22nd century. I was able to be under my Van with the technician with the high definition photos that also had a COMPLETE break down of the part(s) and their condition, plus the reason for the required repair or replacement of the part. With the number of repairs and replacement we needed, we ended up calling Dale's Auto several times about an issue or to add to our repair and the folks who answered the phone were very kind, polite, caring and extremely professional. Each time change(s) were made, we received an updated work order almost immediately, I am just in shock at how top-notch, world-class Dale's Auto is and its care for the Customer is absolutely first-rate and they truly care about each Customer they serve! What do I say about the treatment we received from Dale's Auto, it was humbling to be so cared for, to hear the care and sincerity in each voice, how they looked after us from the very first phone call to the finish repair of our Van, just they most wonderful experience we have ever had in Van repair. In closing, if you want to go through the terrible, horrible, experiences of other dealerships or shopping center auto repair places, then do NOT come to Dale's Auto - BUT - if you want to experience the warmth, care, and world-class experience of a visit to "family", come to Dale's Auto, read once again what I said about our experience with dale's Auto (above) and once you have experienced Dale's Auto you will be as we were completely and totally blown-away by the wonderful staff, the gifted technicians, and folks who look after you as soon as you arrive, just the very best!!
