Sprinter Van Brake Service & Repair for Coquitlam Drivers
For Coquitlam Sprinter drivers, Dale’s Auto Service provides brake inspections, pad and rotor replacement, hydraulic repairs and warning-light diagnosis at our Surrey workshop. We assess the concern before recommending parts.

Brake Inspection & Repair
Find the cause before replacing parts.
A noise or warning light is the start of a diagnosis. We inspect the relevant components, review service history and recommend the work your Sprinter needs.
Brake Pads & Rotors
Check pad thickness, rotor condition, wear patterns and hardware. Replace components when inspection and measurements show the need.
Calipers & Uneven Wear
Investigate dragging brakes, uneven pad wear and pulling. We assess caliper operation and related mounting or hose concerns.
Brake Fluid & Hydraulics
Review pedal feel, leaks, hoses and fluid-service history. Use the fluid specification and service requirements appropriate to the van.
ABS & Stability Warnings
Assess stored faults and relevant sensor, wiring or mechanical issues. A fault code guides testing; it is not a complete parts diagnosis.
Parking Brake Concerns
Check parking-brake operation and the applicable hardware or controls. The system and repair approach vary by model and configuration.
Loaded Vans & RVs
Consider cargo, camper equipment, towing and driving use when reviewing brake wear and planning maintenance.
Symptoms Worth Checking
Noise, vibration or a change in pedal feel?
- Grinding, squealing or repeated brake noise
- Vibration or pulsation during braking
- Pulling to one side or uneven brake wear
- A soft pedal, changed pedal travel or fluid loss
- Brake wear, ABS or stability-control warnings
- Parking brake that will not hold or release correctly
Tell us when it happens.
Mention whether the van is cold or warm, loaded or empty, and whether the concern occurs at low speed, on hills or only when braking. Include recent tire, suspension or brake repairs.
If braking feels unsafe, stop in a safe place and arrange assistance. We can discuss getting the vehicle to the shop.

Sprinter Brake Questions
Before you book.
Do you have a workshop in Coquitlam?
All work is performed at our Surrey workshop at #107 – 19415 56 Avenue, near Langley. The cities listed are service areas, not separate branches.
Can you inspect ABS or ESP warning lights?
Yes. Tell us the warning message and symptoms. We assess fault information, sensors, wiring and related mechanical concerns as needed before recommending a repair.
Does a camper or loaded work van need different brake parts?
Brake fitment depends on the vehicle identification, axle and brake configuration. Tell us about camper equipment, cargo and towing so we can review the application and inspect wear.
Will replacing pads stop brake vibration?
Not always. Rotor condition, calipers, wheel and tire issues or worn steering and suspension parts may contribute. Inspection determines what needs attention.
How much will the repair cost?
The estimate depends on the inspection findings, parts fitment and work required. We explain the findings and obtain approval before repairs; a warning light alone does not identify the failed part.
What if the brakes feel unsafe?
If braking is reduced, the pedal is very soft, fluid is leaking or a serious brake warning appears, stop safely and arrange assistance. Call us to discuss transporting the van rather than continuing to drive.
