I had such a positive experience with Dil and the entire team at Dale’s Auto Service. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions, and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand without ever making me feel rushed or uncomfortable.

As a woman, going into a mechanical or automotive repair facility can sometimes feel intimidating, especially if you don’t have a lot of mechanical knowledge. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to know whether you are being given all of the information or being treated fairly. My experience at Dale’s Auto Service was completely different. I genuinely felt respected, comfortable, and included throughout the entire process.

Dil was especially helpful and made the whole experience incredibly easy. He was patient with all of my questions and made sure I understood what was happening with my vehicle, what was recommended, and why. There was never any pressure, confusing terminology, or feeling like I was being talked down to. Everything was explained professionally and clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done.

Dale’s Auto Service really does feel like a women-friendly automotive facility. The staff creates an environment where you can comfortably ask questions and actually receive thoughtful, honest answers. They make something that can normally be stressful feel straightforward and manageable.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Dale’s Auto Service.

The level of knowledge, professionalism, and diagnostic equipment they have is on another level. I brought my brand new Dodge Ram RHO to them after dealing with an issue that the dealership repeatedly dismissed. I was constantly being sent away and made to feel like I was imagining the problem to the point where I genuinely started questioning myself.

Then I came to Dale’s.

They used advanced diagnostic equipment and actually took the time to investigate the truck properly. They didn’t just guess or throw parts at it they found the actual issue and showed me exactly what was wrong. That moment alone was huge for me because it confirmed that I wasn’t crazy and that there really was a significant issue with my brand new truck.

What impressed me most is that they actually listen. They take the time to understand what the customer is experiencing and then use their knowledge, experience, and equipment to get to the bottom of it. In my experience, the dealership had absolutely nothing on these guys when it came to properly diagnosing the problem.

Jameson and Dil at the front desk are also fantastic. They’re super friendly, professional, accommodating, and make you feel taken care of from the moment you walk through the door.

I’ve been bringing my brand new Dodge Ram RHO here for oil changes since the beginning, and after this experience, I can confidently say I’ll never go back to the dealership again for this kind of service.

Dale’s Auto Service has earned my trust, and that’s not something I give out easily.

This is a great service centre which is very reliable and upto the mark.

I got my car inspected from here and they helped identify the problems which the authorized dealership may have overlooked.

I just wanted to write a review dealing with Hailey about a purchase I recently made… I had a few questions and some unusual circumstances, she went above and beyond to accommodate everything I had questions about ordering shipping and the part itself.  She was very knowledgeable and prompt!! Thank you Hailey for all your help :) Happy customer and great customer service.
