AUDI Wheel Alignment FAQ
1) How often should my Audi get a wheel alignment?
Every 12 months or 20,000 km, and anytime you install new tires, hit a pothole/curb, or notice pull/tire wear.
2) Can a bad alignment cause my Audi to shake?
Yes—toe or camber out of spec can cause uneven wear and vibration. We also check tire balance and suspension parts.
3) Do you align all makes and models, not just Audi?
Absolutely. We service all makes & models, including European, Asian, and domestic cars, SUVs, and light trucks.
4) What if my camber/caster bolts are seized or bushings are worn?
We’ll quote hardware/bushing repair first (common on higher-mileage vehicles). Proper adjustments require free-moving hardware.
5) Will you provide an alignment report?
Yes—before/after printouts plus photo/video notes so you can see exactly what we corrected.

Pre-Alignment Checklist:
Before bringing your car in for alignment, please ensure the following:
- Confirm that the steering and suspension are in safe, proper working condition.
- Check that the front tie rods are not seized, as we do not use heat to free them up.
- Inspect ball joints, bushings, and tie rods for signs of wear or play.
- Ensure bearings are not loose or worn, and there are no leaking struts or shocks.
- Verify the steering box for minor play, and ensure tires are safe for driving.
- The vehicle must be capable of running under its own power.
- If the vehicle underwent restoration, ensure all work has been double-checked by the facility/person responsible. If unsure, book a steering/suspension re-torque before the alignment appointment.
- We will proceed with the alignment once the vehicle passes our inspection
Please note, should any components fail inspection, there will be a charge for the inspection as our technicians invest time in this process. We aim to avoid wasting your time and money by addressing these issues upfront.
Please request a steering and suspension inspection if you do not know the condition of your vehicle.
Thorough inspections and prioritize safety to prevent any future issues.
