BMW Wheel Alignment FAQ
1) How often should my BMW get a wheel alignment?
Every 12 months or 15,000–20,000 km, or any time you notice pulling, uneven tire wear, or after suspension/steering repairs.
2) Do you align lowered or modified BMWs (coilovers, camber plates)?
Yes. We set street-friendly or track-biased specs and can work with camber plates, adjustable arms, and coilovers.
3) Can you align BMW xDrive and rear-steer systems?
Absolutely. We align RWD and xDrive vehicles and account for rear-steer/active systems where applicable.
4) Do you align electric vehicles like BMW i4 or iX?
Yes—EVs and hybrids included. Proper alignment preserves range and prevents premature tire wear.
5) What if my alignment is out because of worn parts?
We’ll show you photos/video, explain the findings, and quote quality OEM or equivalent parts before proceeding.

Pre-Alignment Checklist:
Before bringing your car in for alignment, please ensure the following:
- Confirm that the steering and suspension are in safe, proper working condition.
- Check that the front tie rods are not seized, as we do not use heat to free them up.
- Inspect ball joints, bushings, and tie rods for signs of wear or play.
- Ensure bearings are not loose or worn, and there are no leaking struts or shocks.
- Verify the steering box for minor play, and ensure tires are safe for driving.
- The vehicle must be capable of running under its own power.
- If the vehicle underwent restoration, ensure all work has been double-checked by the facility/person responsible. If unsure, book a steering/suspension re-torque before the alignment appointment.
- We will proceed with the alignment once the vehicle passes our inspection
Please note, should any components fail inspection, there will be a charge for the inspection as our technicians invest time in this process. We aim to avoid wasting your time and money by addressing these issues upfront.
Please request a steering and suspension inspection if you do not know the condition of your vehicle.
Thorough inspections and prioritize safety to prevent any future issues.
