Honda Wheel Alignment FAQ

Do I need a 2-wheel or 4-wheel alignment on my Honda?
Most modern Hondas require a 4-wheel alignment to correctly set thrust angle, toe, and camber for stability and tire life.

How often should I align my Honda?
Check alignment every 12 months or 15,000–20,000 km, and any time after new tires, suspension work, or a major pothole/curb impact.

Will alignment fix my steering pull or vibration?
Often yes, but we also inspect tires, brakes, wheel bearings, and suspension components. We correct alignment and address any root causes found.

I lowered my Civic—can you align to custom specs?
Absolutely. We can set custom street/track specs and advise on camber kits or adjustable arms if your range is limited.

How do I know the alignment was done right?
You’ll receive a digital before/after report, a straight steering wheel, proper road test, and warranty-backed service for peace of mind.

Pre-Alignment Checklist:

Before bringing your car in for alignment, please ensure the following:

  • Confirm that the steering and suspension are in safe, proper working condition.
  • Check that the front tie rods are not seized, as we do not use heat to free them up.
  • Inspect ball joints, bushings, and tie rods for signs of wear or play.
  • Ensure bearings are not loose or worn, and there are no leaking struts or shocks.
  • Verify the steering box for minor play, and ensure tires are safe for driving.
  • The vehicle must be capable of running under its own power.
  • If the vehicle underwent restoration, ensure all work has been double-checked by the facility/person responsible. If unsure, book a steering/suspension re-torque before the alignment appointment.
  • We will proceed with the alignment once the vehicle passes our inspection

Please note, should any components fail inspection, there will be a charge for the inspection as our technicians invest time in this process. We aim to avoid wasting your time and money by addressing these issues upfront.

Please request a steering and suspension inspection if you do not know the condition of your vehicle.

Thorough inspections and prioritize safety to prevent any future issues.
