Honda Wheel Alignment FAQ

Do I need an alignment after new tires or suspension work?
Yes. New tires and any steering/suspension repair or coilover/lift/level install can change geometry. Align right after to protect your investment.

How often should a Honda get a wheel alignment?
Check yearly or every 20,000–24,000 km, and immediately after impacts, tire/suspension work, or if you notice pulling or uneven wear.

Will an alignment fix my vibration?
Sometimes. Vibration is often balance, bent wheels, or worn parts. We’ll diagnose and correct the root cause, then set alignment.

How long does it take?
Most Honda alignments take 60–90 minutes. Add time if parts are seized or components need replacement.

What’s the cost for Honda wheel alignment in White Rock?
Pricing depends on model and condition. Call 604-530-9160 for a fast quote; we’ll include any parts or adjustments required.

Pre-Alignment Checklist:

Before bringing your car in for alignment, please ensure the following:

  • Confirm that the steering and suspension are in safe, proper working condition.
  • Check that the front tie rods are not seized, as we do not use heat to free them up.
  • Inspect ball joints, bushings, and tie rods for signs of wear or play.
  • Ensure bearings are not loose or worn, and there are no leaking struts or shocks.
  • Verify the steering box for minor play, and ensure tires are safe for driving.
  • The vehicle must be capable of running under its own power.
  • If the vehicle underwent restoration, ensure all work has been double-checked by the facility/person responsible. If unsure, book a steering/suspension re-torque before the alignment appointment.
  • We will proceed with the alignment once the vehicle passes our inspection

Please note, should any components fail inspection, there will be a charge for the inspection as our technicians invest time in this process. We aim to avoid wasting your time and money by addressing these issues upfront.

Please request a steering and suspension inspection if you do not know the condition of your vehicle.

Thorough inspections and prioritize safety to prevent any future issues.
