Wheel Alignment FAQ
1. How often should my Lexus get a wheel alignment?
Most Lexus models require alignment every 12 months or 15,000–20,000 km, or sooner if you hit a pothole or notice uneven tire wear.
2. Do I need an alignment after replacing Lexus suspension parts?
Yes. Any time you install shocks, struts, control arms, or tie rods, an alignment is required to protect tires and ensure correct handling.
3. What alignment specs do you use for Lexus vehicles?
We can use OEM Lexus specs, or we can create a custom performance setup tailored to your driving style.
4. How long does a Lexus alignment take?
Most alignments take 60–90 minutes, depending on vehicle condition and suspension adjustments required.
5. Can alignment fix vibration or pulling problems?
Often yes, but not always. We diagnose tires, wheels, suspension, and steering components to find the true cause.

Pre-Alignment Checklist:
Before bringing your car in for alignment, please ensure the following:
- Confirm that the steering and suspension are in safe, proper working condition.
- Check that the front tie rods are not seized, as we do not use heat to free them up.
- Inspect ball joints, bushings, and tie rods for signs of wear or play.
- Ensure bearings are not loose or worn, and there are no leaking struts or shocks.
- Verify the steering box for minor play, and ensure tires are safe for driving.
- The vehicle must be capable of running under its own power.
- If the vehicle underwent restoration, ensure all work has been double-checked by the facility/person responsible. If unsure, book a steering/suspension re-torque before the alignment appointment.
- We will proceed with the alignment once the vehicle passes our inspection
Please note, should any components fail inspection, there will be a charge for the inspection as our technicians invest time in this process. We aim to avoid wasting your time and money by addressing these issues upfront.
Please request a steering and suspension inspection if you do not know the condition of your vehicle.
Thorough inspections and prioritize safety to prevent any future issues.
