Many clients come in from all over the Lower Mainland and Greater Vancouver area for alignment and suspension service on their MAZDA.
Why Customers Choose Dale’s Auto Service:
A proper wheel alignment always starts and ends with a road test.
Our technicians will inspect the front end and steering linkage for wear before performing the alignment.
The tires should all be in good shape with even wear patterns.
How often should a wheel alignment be performed on your vehicle?
You should always check your maintenance manual to learn the best mileage or time interval, but often your vehicle will require an alignment every 15,000 or 20,000 km.
Driving habits can heavily influence how often you need to get your MAZDA aligned.

Pre-alignment expectations:
If the car has been worked on by you or another facility make sure:
1. Make sure the condition of the steering and suspension are safe and in proper working condition.
2. Make sure tie rods are not seized. They are quite inexpensive and we will not use heat to free them up.
3. Ball joints, bushings, tie rods are not worn- no play/wear
4. Bearings are not loose or worn
5. No leaking struts/shocks
6. Steering box is not worn- minor play allowed
7. Tires are safe
8. Vehicle has to be able to run under its own power
9. If the vehicle was restored, please book the vehicle in for a steering/suspension re-torque if you do not know if it has been done
We do charge for a steering & suspension inspection.
Our technicians take time to do this.
If you do not know the condition of these components please ask for a steering and suspension inspection when booking.
Our steering/suspension inspections are quite thoroug and we will not turn a “blind eye” to any suspension issues since we are liable for any future issues.
If the car comes in for an alignment and it passes our inspection of the components above we will proceed.
