Nissan Alignment FAQ
1. How often should my Nissan get a wheel alignment?
Every 12 months or 20,000 km, or sooner if you have suspension work, new tires, or signs of pulling or uneven wear.
2. Do Nissan SUVs like Rogue and Pathfinder need 4-wheel alignments?
Yes — most modern Nissan models require full 4-wheel alignment to maintain proper stability and AWD traction.
3. Can you align modified or lowered Nissans?
Absolutely. We can align lowered vehicles, coilovers, camber kits, and performance models like 350Z, 370Z, and GT-R.
4. Is wheel alignment safe for electric Nissan vehicles?
Yes — we are EV-friendly and fully capable of aligning Nissan Leaf, Ariya, and all hybrid models.
5. How long does a Nissan wheel alignment take?
Typically 45–60 minutes, including inspection, adjustments, and test-drive verification.

Is Your Vehicle Ready for a Wheel alignment?
Pre-alignment expectations:
If the car has been worked on by you or another facility make sure:
- make sure the condition of the steering and suspension are safe and in proper working condition.
- the front tie rods are not seized. They are quite inexpensive and we will not use heat to free them up.
- ball joints, bushings, tie rods are not worn- no play/wear
- bearings are not loose or worn
- no leaking struts/shocks
- steering box is not worn- minor play allowed
- tires are safe
- the car has to be able to run under its own power
- if the vehicle was restored, make sure the facility/person has double checked their work. We do not have time to do this if the vehicle is only in for an alignment. Please book the vehicle in for a steering/suspension re-torque if you do not know if it has been done. We will then proceed with the wheel alignment.
If the car comes in for an alignment and it passes our inspection of the components above we will proceed.
If anything fails we do charge for an inspection since it takes our technician time to do this. We do not want to waste your time and money because these things were not looked at.
If you do not know the condition of these components please ask for a steering and suspension inspection when booking then if everything is fine we will proceed with the wheel alignment.
We are very in depth with our steering/suspension inspections and we will not turn a “blind eye” to any suspension issues since we are liable to any future issues.
Thanks for understanding and hope to see you soon!
