What you’ll need before you report a claim

• The licence plate number the vehicle involved
• The driver’s licence number of primary driver
• Insurance information for any vehicles insured by ICBC
• Details including location, time of accident or theft and direction of travel

You can have the vehicle towed or brought in without an appointment. This allows us to get in the ICBC queue as quick and efficient as possible.

Please check their coverage if they have Road Star or Roadside Plus, if so then they can get a replacement vehicle through Enterprise Rental Car with their claim number.

Let them know, they should always get the least expensive vehicle possible so their coverage will last as ICBC is not fast with approvals.
