Your maintenance questions

How do you decide which maintenance is due?

We use the manufacturer’s schedule, vehicle age, kilometres, driving conditions and available service records. Inspection findings help determine the condition of wear items.

Is an oil change a complete maintenance service?

No. Oil and filter replacement is one part of scheduled maintenance. Other fluids, filters, spark plugs, belts and inspections may have their own time or kilometre intervals.

Does low mileage mean I can skip maintenance?

Not necessarily. Some items are due by time as well as kilometres. We check the requirements for your vehicle rather than applying a fixed interval to every car.

Why is maintenance booked as a full-day drop-off?

We complete the services and inspections you authorize at drop-off. Leaving your vehicle for the day gives our technicians time to be thorough and discuss findings with you without rushing.

What if I do not have previous service records?

Send us your vehicle details and current kilometres. We can discuss the known history and arrange the appropriate checks before recommending a maintenance plan.

How driving conditions affect your schedule

Frequent short trips, towing, heavy loads, dust and stop-and-go driving can change service requirements. We compare your use with the manufacturer’s normal or severe-service guidance.
