I have had repeated problems with the DEF system . I went looking for a service center where I could have a conversation about my vehicle with an informed person at the front desk. I found it at Dales.

I waited a year to see if there would be problems with a timing belt kit install on a Sequoia. There are none and the Truck runs great, that s why I gave 5 Stars. I would go back.

  Excellent service.

They’re very professional and would always recommend them, the diagnosis was accurate and fast.
It was a transmission failure therefore I needed a replacement, which they delivered at a timely manner, despite the amount of work involved.

Great work and quality.

Yesterday morning as I prepared to leave my home, my car sputtered to start. I drove to Dale's and thankfully my car could get booked in to check the source of the problem. Within 15 minutes, I was called to advise me that I needed a new battery. Within two hours my car was ready for pickup. I have been a customer for many years and I have always received friendly, informed and timely service.

GMC Truck Service FAQ

1. How often should I service my GMC truck?

Most GMC trucks need service every 6,000–8,000 km, but towing, heavy use, and city driving may require more frequent maintenance.

2. Why is my GMC Sierra or Yukon using more fuel than normal?

Common causes include worn spark plugs, dirty sensors, air-intake issues, clogged filters, or failing injectors. We diagnose and repair all fuel-related issues.

3. Do GMC trucks require special transmission service?

Yes. GM transmissions (including 6-speed, 8-speed, and 10-speed units) have unique fluid requirements and known issues. Proper servicing prevents major failures.

4. Can Dale’s service lifted or modified GMC trucks?

Absolutely. We specialize in lifted, leveled, and off-road GMC setups, including alignments and suspension upgrades.

5. Is Dale’s Auto Service better value than a GMC dealership?

Yes—our diagnostics, equipment, and expertise match or exceed dealership standards, but with better pricing, faster turnaround, and personalized service.
