How often should I replace my brake pads?

What are signs my brakes need service?

Watch for squeaking, grinding, vibration during braking, longer stopping distances, or a soft pedal. These all signal it's time for professional inspection.

Can you service my electronic parking brake?

Yes, we have the latest tools to diagnose and service modern Acura electronic brake systems.

Do you use OEM parts for brake repair?

We use OEM or high-quality aftermarket parts that meet or exceed Acura’s performance and safety standards.

Is Dale’s Auto Service better than the dealership?

Absolutely. We offer personalized care, competitive pricing, and no upselling — all without compromising quality or warranty coverage.

I waited a year to see if there would be problems with a timing belt kit install on a Sequoia. There are none and the Truck runs great, that s why I gave 5 Stars. I would go back.

Yesterday morning as I prepared to leave my home, my car sputtered to start. I drove to Dale's and thankfully my car could get booked in to check the source of the problem. Within 15 minutes, I was called to advise me that I needed a new battery. Within two hours my car was ready for pickup. I have been a customer for many years and I have always received friendly, informed and timely service.
