What is the most common Hyundai engine problem?

Theta II 2.4L engines (2011–2019) are known for bearing wear if oil changes are neglected.

Are Hyundai AWD systems reliable?

Yes, but AWD coupling and fluid services must be maintained regularly to avoid premature failure.

Do Hyundai vehicles burn oil?

Some Nu and Theta engines may develop oil consumption at higher mileage.

How often should I service my Hyundai?

Every 6,000–8,000 km for oil service is ideal in Canadian driving conditions.

Is it better to go to a dealership or independent Hyundai specialist?

An experienced independent Hyundai repair specialist often provides better value and personalized service without sacrificing quality.

I have had repeated problems with the DEF system . I went looking for a service center where I could have a conversation about my vehicle with an informed person at the front desk. I found it at Dales.

I waited a year to see if there would be problems with a timing belt kit install on a Sequoia. There are none and the Truck runs great, that s why I gave 5 Stars. I would go back.

  Excellent service.

They’re very professional and would always recommend them, the diagnosis was accurate and fast.
It was a transmission failure therefore I needed a replacement, which they delivered at a timely manner, despite the amount of work involved.

Great work and quality.

Yesterday morning as I prepared to leave my home, my car sputtered to start. I drove to Dale's and thankfully my car could get booked in to check the source of the problem. Within 15 minutes, I was called to advise me that I needed a new battery. Within two hours my car was ready for pickup. I have been a customer for many years and I have always received friendly, informed and timely service.
