I have had repeated problems with the DEF system . I went looking for a service center where I could have a conversation about my vehicle with an informed person at the front desk. I found it at Dales.

I waited a year to see if there would be problems with a timing belt kit install on a Sequoia. There are none and the Truck runs great, that s why I gave 5 Stars. I would go back.

  Excellent service.

They’re very professional and would always recommend them, the diagnosis was accurate and fast.
It was a transmission failure therefore I needed a replacement, which they delivered at a timely manner, despite the amount of work involved.

Great work and quality.

A+++. I would highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced at Dale’s. Jameson and his team run an honest shop with fair prices, and the tech’s will treat your car as if it was their own. I’ve taken numerous vehicles to Dale’s over the years and have never had a poor experience.

Yesterday morning as I prepared to leave my home, my car sputtered to start. I drove to Dale's and thankfully my car could get booked in to check the source of the problem. Within 15 minutes, I was called to advise me that I needed a new battery. Within two hours my car was ready for pickup. I have been a customer for many years and I have always received friendly, informed and timely service.

JDM Vehicle Service FAQ

Do you work on modified JDM cars (coilovers, tunes, big brakes)?
Yes. We regularly service lowered/lifted setups, upgraded bushings, turbo builds, and track alignments. We’ll set specs to your goals (street, canyon, or track).

Can you perform factory-level diagnostics and programming?
Absolutely. We use OEM-level scan tools and service info to code modules, run guided tests, and complete accurate JDM diagnostics.

What alignment specs do you recommend for street vs. track?
Street: tire-friendly, stable, even wear. Track/spirited: more negative camber and precise toe for grip. We’ll tailor specs to your tires and use case.

Do you use OEM parts?
We install OEM or better (Tier-1) components. If you prefer brand-specific parts, tell us—transparency and choice are part of our process.

How soon can I get an appointment?
Most services can be booked same- or next-day. Call 604-530-9160 and we’ll prioritize urgent safety repairs.
