Unfortunately, it can be difficult to know whether you are being given all of the information or being treated fairly. My experience at Dale’s Auto Service was completely different. I genuinely felt respected, comfortable, and included throughout the entire process.

Dil was especially helpful and made the whole experience incredibly easy. He was patient with all of my questions and made sure I understood what was happening with my vehicle, what was recommended, and why. The level of knowledge, professionalism, and diagnostic equipment they have is on another level. I brought my brand new Dodge Ram RHO to them after dealing with an issue that the dealership repeatedly dismissed. I was constantly being sent away and made to feel like I was imagining the problem to the point where I genuinely started questioning myself.

Then I came to Dale’s.

They used advanced diagnostic equipment and actually took the time to investigate the truck properly. They didn’t just guess or throw parts at it they found the actual issue and showed me exactly what was wrong. That moment alone was huge for me because it confirmed that I wasn’t crazy and that there really was a significant issue with my brand new truck.

What impressed me most is that they actually listen. They take the time to understand what the customer is experiencing and then use their knowledge, experience, and equipment to get to the bottom of it.
