After many recommendations, I decided to take my Crosstrek to Daleโs for the first time to have a lift kit installed and they didnโt disappoint! Everyone I spoke to throughout the process, from booking an appointment to picking up my car, was so friendly and informative! I will definitely be back if I need any work done on my Crosstrek

Solid team, very thorough on the pre-alignment inspection, and even better on the alignment itself. Wonderful work, they clearly care for your car - not just your money!

Had a great experience at Dale's getting my 2011 2.0L Kia Soul's timing belt, accessory belt, water pump & thermostat replaced. Jameson and Hailey were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. The thermostat was replaced under warranty and that process was as painless as it could possibly be.
A big thank you to the entire Dale's team!
All the best,
Calvin

Will definitely recommend to everyone. They quickly diagnosed a problem that the previous mechanic had missed and fixed it to prevent future repairs. Total repair was still $100 less than what I was quoted.
