I was looking for a new mechanic for my Ford 150 truck. I just wasn’t happy anymore with the service, at the previous one I was going to. My wife suggested I try Dales Automotive, she figured someone she knew who lives in White Rock drives all the way out to Dales Automotive in Langley must be pretty good! So this now is our second time there and we just want to say., so far so good! This family owned company which has been around for quite a few years has mechanics who do quality work and are honest about what should be done, without doing unnecessary work. It is reassuring knowing there are still good businesses out there! We will keep going here for our vehicle services. Keep up the good work, Sheila & Jay Henkel

I had never used Dale’s services before. They responded quickly to the web message about the problem. It was easy to make an appointment. The issue was diagnosed accurately and the result was sent via text with a video explaining the issue. Repair was done in an efficient and timely manner. I am happy to report my A/C is functioning as expected. Thanks Dales for excellent service!

After many recommendations, I decided to take my Crosstrek to Dale’s for the first time to have a lift kit installed and they didn’t disappoint! Everyone I spoke to throughout the process, from booking an appointment to picking up my car, was so friendly and informative! I will definitely be back if I need any work done on my Crosstrek
