Always happy with the work done at Dales. They're extremely thorough (both with their work and with the reports that I receive back) and take the time to do things right the first time as well as prepare me for any other work that might need to be done now or later to keep my car running healthy. Thanks as always for being my trusted shop.

Dales Auto Service is excellent.
It was great getting a video of exactly what was to be fixed on my car, and their estimate was right on the money, as expected.
I received a nice Prius as a courtesy car when my car took a couple days longer to fix.
The manager was friendly and informative.
I would definitely go back, if my car needed anything. :-)

A bit of a backstory... In a scheduled maintenance in a Metro Vancouver Subaru dealership, I was told that my WRX had a "stiff clutch" without further information. It recommended a complete replacement, with a quote of $4200.
So AI referred me to this "Subaru specialist" when I wanted a second opinion on the clutch issue. I was glad for going to them, not only because they refuted the dealership's expensive suggestion, but they thoroughly explained the issue in a way that I can understand. This is a pleasant surprise, in that these guys seem to be more informative (and even knowledgeable) than the people who actually sell these cars. They're very good at what they do.
Furthermore, after getting a detailed report in plain language electronically, I received a call from them after I picked up the car to see if there's further questions. I didn't need it after such a detailed report, but I appreciate the follow-up call.
In conclusion, I was very happy with their knowledge and service.

I took my 2020 Mercedes c63s in for lowering springs and spacers. the team at Dale's did a great job. They sourced the parts for me, communication was clear at every stage, the install and setup was done to perfection. I was impressed with their attention to detail. It's nice to have a shop available that I can trust to take care of my car. Will definitely use them again.

First visit to Dales Alignment was back in 2008 referred by Vancouver Subaru Club members. Didn’t know a thing about car suspension back then, Jason took the time to provide excellent knowledge and picked the most suitable upgrade for my needs. Over the years, I’ve referred many friends that are in-need of suspension work to Dales, every single visit was extremely pleasant. Im no longer in the area but Jason still provides quality suggestions and shares his own experiences when my mod bug itches. Wish I’m still within driving distance to the shop whenever needed. Strongly recommended!
