What are mud-terrain tires designed for?
M/T tires use aggressive tread patterns for additional traction in mud, loose dirt, gravel and difficult off-road conditions.
Are mud-terrain tires noisy on the highway?
Generally yes. Aggressive tread designs normally create more road noise than all-season or many all-terrain tires.
Can Dale's help fit larger tires to my truck?
Yes. Tire diameter, width, wheel offset, suspension height and available clearance should all be considered first.
Should I align my truck after installing larger M/T tires?
An alignment is especially worthwhile on lifted or modified trucks and whenever irregular tire wear or steering concerns are present.
Mud-terrain or all-terrain tires?
Mud-terrain tires favour aggressive off-road traction. All-terrain tires are generally a better compromise for trucks spending substantial time on pavement.
