PERFORMANCE TIRE FAQ
Common questions.
What is a performance tire?
Performance tires are designed to prioritize steering response, grip, braking and cornering performance compared with more comfort-oriented touring tires.
What is the difference between summer and performance all-season tires?
Summer performance tires generally prioritize warm-weather grip and response, while performance all-season tires are designed for a broader range of temperatures and conditions.
Can Dale's install staggered tire sizes?
Yes. We can confirm the correct front and rear sizing, load rating and fitment for staggered applications.
Should I get an alignment with new performance tires?
Alignment is especially worth checking when the old tires show uneven wear, the steering wheel is off-centre, the vehicle pulls or the suspension has been modified.
Do you work on modified and lowered vehicles?
Dale's services stock and modified vehicles and can help with tire fitment, suspension concerns and performance wheel alignment.
Ready for your next set of performance tires?
