  Just got a CORSA Sport cat-back exhaust installed on my Cadillac Escalade at Dales Auto Service. The exhaust sounds amazing aggressive, and clean without being too much.   I only trust dales for a proper assessment of anything that is wrong with my truck. I had gone to the dealer a week before and the amount of things they missed was shocking.  They really do take the time to give a proper report and provide the correct and full diagnosis the first time .  Highly recommend dales to everyone.

  My wife had obtained two estimates on her Subaru to get bering work done which seemed a bit high and work that was not required was included in both. I suggested she try Dale’s and she was at their quick response and price. The work was performed by Dale’s to her complete satisfaction. We will both be getting our work done there in the future.   Had a issue with my car after I lowered it and added a few other parts. I needed to get it done asap because i had my dads celebration of life fast approaching and needed it fixed asap. I was able to get it in rite away and they were able to find the issue, install some parts I had and get the alignment done all before my trip. After the work was done the techs that fixed it spent a few mins telling me what they had to do to get it fixed and suggestions on other things I could do to help with a bit of rubbing i was having. Is Your Vehicle Ready for a Wheel alignment?

Pre-alignment expectations:

If the car has been worked on by you or another facility make sure:

make sure the condition of the steering and suspension are safe and in proper working condition.
the front tie rods are not seized. They are quite inexpensive and we will not use heat to free them up.
ball joints, bushings, tie rods are not worn- no play/wear
bearings are not loose or worn
no leaking struts/shocks
steering box is not worn- minor play allowed
tires are safe
the car has to be able to run under its own power
if the vehicle was restored, make sure the facility/person has double checked their work. We do not have time to do this if the vehicle is only in for an alignment. Please book the vehicle in for a steering/suspension re-torque if you do not know if it has been done. We will then proceed with the wheel alignment.

If the car comes in for an alignment and it passes our inspection of the components above we will proceed.

If anything fails we do charge for an inspection since it takes our technician time to do this. We do not want to waste your time and money because these things were not looked at.

If you do not know the condition of these components please ask for a steering and suspension inspection when booking then if everything is fine we will proceed with the wheel alignment.

We are very in depth with our steering/suspension inspections and we will not turn a “blind eye” to any suspension issues since we are liable to any future issues.
