I have had repeated problems with the DEF system . I went looking for a service center where I could have a conversation about my vehicle with an informed person at the front desk. I found it at Dales.

I waited a year to see if there would be problems with a timing belt kit install on a Sequoia. There are none and the Truck runs great, that s why I gave 5 Stars. I would go back.

  Excellent service.

They’re very professional and would always recommend them, the diagnosis was accurate and fast.
It was a transmission failure therefore I needed a replacement, which they delivered at a timely manner, despite the amount of work involved.

Great work and quality.

A+++. I would highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced at Dale’s. Jameson and his team run an honest shop with fair prices, and the tech’s will treat your car as if it was their own. I’ve taken numerous vehicles to Dale’s over the years and have never had a poor experience.

Yesterday morning as I prepared to leave my home, my car sputtered to start. I drove to Dale's and thankfully my car could get booked in to check the source of the problem. Within 15 minutes, I was called to advise me that I needed a new battery. Within two hours my car was ready for pickup. I have been a customer for many years and I have always received friendly, informed and timely service.

Toyota Service FAQ

1) Do you keep my Toyota warranty intact?
Yes. We follow factory-level service schedules, use quality parts/fluids, and document everything with Digital Vehicle Inspections, keeping your warranty valid.

2) How often should I service my Toyota?
Most models benefit from 6 months/8,000–10,000 km intervals (or as your owner’s manual specifies). Hybrids still need regular brake, coolant, and tire care.

3) Do you service Toyota hybrids and newer tech?
Absolutely. We handle Prius, RAV4 Hybrid, Highlander Hybrid, and more with hybrid-aware procedures, appropriate PPE, and modern diagnostic tools.

4) Can you diagnose tough issues (noises, warning lights)?
Yes. Our technicians use advanced scan tools, test plans, and road-tests to pinpoint root causes—no parts-cannon guesswork.

5) What’s your alignment capability for trucks and performance Toyotas?
We perform precision 4-wheel alignments for stock, lifted, and lowered vehicles—including Tacoma/4Runner off-road setups and GR performance alignments.
