I have had repeated problems with the DEF system . I went looking for a service center where I could have a conversation about my vehicle with an informed person at the front desk. I found it at Dales.

I waited a year to see if there would be problems with a timing belt kit install on a Sequoia. There are none and the Truck runs great, that s why I gave 5 Stars. I would go back.

  Excellent service.

They’re very professional and would always recommend them, the diagnosis was accurate and fast.
It was a transmission failure therefore I needed a replacement, which they delivered at a timely manner, despite the amount of work involved.

Great work and quality.

A+++. I would highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced at Dale’s. Jameson and his team run an honest shop with fair prices, and the tech’s will treat your car as if it was their own. I’ve taken numerous vehicles to Dale’s over the years and have never had a poor experience.

Yesterday morning as I prepared to leave my home, my car sputtered to start. I drove to Dale's and thankfully my car could get booked in to check the source of the problem. Within 15 minutes, I was called to advise me that I needed a new battery. Within two hours my car was ready for pickup. I have been a customer for many years and I have always received friendly, informed and timely service.

Most Toyotas follow 8,000–10,000 km or 6-month intervals (check your owner’s manual). We tailor maintenance to your driving, climate, and warranty needs.

2) Will you keep my Toyota warranty valid?
Yes. We follow manufacturer service schedules and use OEM or equivalent-quality parts. You’ll receive digital records for your files.

Absolutely. We perform hybrid cooling system service, brake maintenance, battery health checks, and high-voltage-safe repairs.

4) Can you diagnose check-engine lights and drivability issues?
Yes. Our advanced diagnostics pinpoint root causes (misfires, evap leaks, sensor faults, fuel/air issues) to fix it right the first time.

5) Do you provide alignments for lifted/lowered Toyotas and trucks?
Yes. We specialize in precision performance and off-road alignments and can optimize for tire wear, towing, or spirited driving.
