An alignment cannot correct worn or loose components. The truck needs to be mechanically capable of holding the alignment settings before adjustments are made.

Measure
Alignment equipment measures caster, camber and toe against the required specifications.
Adjust
Available alignment adjustments are made based on the truck's suspension and configuration.
Verify
Final settings, steering wheel position and vehicle tracking are verified.

PRE-ALIGNMENT INSPECTION
Worn components need to be addressed first.
Loose ball joints, worn tie rods, control-arm bushings, wheel bearings or other steering and suspension issues can prevent a truck from holding accurate alignment settings.
If we identify a problem, we'll explain it before proceeding with unnecessary adjustments.

Common questions.
Can you align a lifted Ford F-150?
Yes. Lift height, suspension components, wheel offset, tire size and available adjustment range all need to be considered when aligning a modified F-150.
Do leveling kits affect Ford truck alignment?
Yes. Changing front ride height changes suspension geometry. Alignment should be checked after installing a leveling kit.
Can you align an F-250 or F-350 Super Duty?
Dale's performs wheel alignment and steering and suspension service on Ford Super Duty trucks, subject to vehicle size, configuration and safe equipment fitment.
Can worn ball joints affect alignment?
Yes. Loose or worn ball joints and other steering or suspension components can prevent the truck from holding accurate alignment settings.
