Just got a CORSA Sport cat-back exhaust installed on my Cadillac Escalade at Dales Auto Service. The exhaust sounds amazing aggressive, and clean without being too much. The install was done professionally and everything came out perfect. Really happy with the service and the final result. Highly recommend Dales Auto Service!

I only trust dales for a proper assessment of anything that is wrong with my truck. I had gone to the dealer a week before and the amount of things they missed was shocking. They really do take the time to give a proper report and provide the correct and full diagnosis the first time . Highly recommend dales to everyone.

My wife had obtained two estimates on her Subaru to get bering work done which seemed a bit high and work that was not required was included in both. I suggested she try Dale’s and she was at their quick response and price. The work was performed by Dale’s to her complete satisfaction. We will both be getting our work done there in the future. Happy customers, Elfie & Gary

Had a issue with my car after I lowered it and added a few other parts. I needed to get it done asap because i had my dads celebration of life fast approaching and needed it fixed asap. I was able to get it in rite away and they were able to find the issue, install some parts I had and get the alignment done all before my trip. After the work was done the techs that fixed it spent a few mins telling me what they had to do to get it fixed and suggestions on other things I could do to help with a bit of rubbing i was having. Friendly staff and quality work.

Lifted Vehicle Wheel Alignment in Abbotsford

Precision Alignment for Lifted Trucks, SUVs & Off-Road Builds — Dale’s Auto Service

When you modify your vehicle with a lift kit, bigger tires, upgraded suspension, or off-road components, your factory alignment specs no longer apply.
To protect your investment, ensure proper handling, and maximize tire life, you need a specialized wheel alignment—performed by a shop that truly understands lifted vehicles.

At Dale’s Auto Service, Abbotsford drivers trust us for the best lifted truck and SUV wheel alignment near you. Our award-winning alignment specialist Jeff brings over 20+ years of advanced suspension and diagnostic experience, giving your vehicle a level of precision you will not find at standard shops or dealerships.

We service all makes and models including:
✔ Toyota Tacoma, 4Runner, Tundra
✔ Ram 1500/2500/3500
✔ Ford F-150, F-250, Bronco
✔ Chevrolet Silverado & GMC Sierra
✔ Jeep Wrangler, Gladiator
✔ Sprinter & Transit vans
✔ Custom off-road builds, show vehicles, and overland rigs

Why Lifted Vehicles Need Specialized Alignment

Lifted trucks and SUVs require custom angles, not factory settings. Incorrect alignment can cause:

  • Rapid and uneven tire wear

  • Poor straight-line stability

  • Steering pull, wandering, or vibration

  • Premature ball joint, tie rod, and bushing wear

  • Unsafe handling at highway speeds

Our alignment process includes:

  • Custom camber/caster/toe mapping

  • Ride height & suspension articulation evaluation

  • Steering geometry inspection

  • Torque verification of all lift components

  • Tire size & offset optimization

  • Before-and-after digital alignment report

This is why knowledgeable owners say:
“Jeff isn’t just a technician who can do an alignment. Jeff IS a wheel alignment specialist.”

Lifted Vehicle Alignment Service FAQ

1. Do lifted vehicles need a special wheel alignment?

Yes. Lifting alters caster, camber, toe, and steering geometry. A standard alignment cannot correct these changes. A lifted alignment specialist ensures proper drivability and tire wear.

2. How often should I align a lifted truck or SUV?

Every 12 months or anytime suspension work is done (lift kits, control arms, tie rods, shocks, etc.). Larger tires may require more frequent alignments.

3. Can you align aftermarket suspension and oversized tires?

Absolutely. We specialize in custom suspension systems, aftermarket control arms, long-travel kits, and 35–40” tires.

4. Will a lifted alignment improve handling and safety?

Yes. Proper alignment reduces wandering, improves stability, enhances braking, and extends the life of tires and suspension components.

5. Do you work on all makes & models?

Yes — domestic, import, diesel, hybrid & electric. If it’s lifted, we can align it.

Ready for a Wheel Alignment?

Pre-Alignment Checklist:

Before bringing your car in for alignment, please ensure the following:

  • Confirm that the steering and suspension are in safe, proper working condition.
  • Check that the front tie rods are not seized, as we do not use heat to free them up.
  • Inspect ball joints, bushings, and tie rods for signs of wear or play.
  • Ensure bearings are not loose or worn, and there are no leaking struts or shocks.
  • Verify the steering box for minor play, and ensure tires are safe for driving.
  • The vehicle must be capable of running under its own power.
  • If the vehicle underwent restoration, ensure all work has been double-checked by the facility/person responsible. If unsure, book a steering/suspension re-torque before the alignment appointment.
  • We will proceed with the alignment once the vehicle passes our inspection

Please note, should any components fail inspection, there will be a charge for the inspection as our technicians invest time in this process. We aim to avoid wasting your time and money by addressing these issues upfront.

Please request a steering and suspension inspection if you do not know the condition of your vehicle.

Thorough inspections and prioritize safety to prevent any future issues.
