Just got a CORSA Sport cat-back exhaust installed on my Cadillac Escalade at Dales Auto Service. The exhaust sounds amazing aggressive, and clean without being too much. The install was done professionally and everything came out perfect. Really happy with the service and the final result. Highly recommend Dales Auto Service!

I only trust dales for a proper assessment of anything that is wrong with my truck. I had gone to the dealer a week before and the amount of things they missed was shocking. They really do take the time to give a proper report and provide the correct and full diagnosis the first time . Highly recommend dales to everyone.

My wife had obtained two estimates on her Subaru to get bering work done which seemed a bit high and work that was not required was included in both. I suggested she try Dale’s and she was at their quick response and price. The work was performed by Dale’s to her complete satisfaction. We will both be getting our work done there in the future. Happy customers, Elfie & Gary

Had a issue with my car after I lowered it and added a few other parts. I needed to get it done asap because i had my dads celebration of life fast approaching and needed it fixed asap. I was able to get it in rite away and they were able to find the issue, install some parts I had and get the alignment done all before my trip. After the work was done the techs that fixed it spent a few mins telling me what they had to do to get it fixed and suggestions on other things I could do to help with a bit of rubbing i was having. Friendly staff and quality work.

Lifted Vehicle Alignment Service FAQ

1. Do lifted trucks need a special wheel alignment?

Yes. Lifted vehicles require different alignment angles due to altered suspension geometry. Standard factory settings do not work for lifted setups.

2. How often should I align a lifted vehicle?

Every 6–12 months, or immediately after installing suspension components, changing tire size, or noticing steering or tire wear issues.

3. Can Dale’s Auto Service align heavily modified or off-road builds?

Absolutely. We align lifted trucks, long-travel suspensions, aftermarket control arms, oversized tires, and fully customized rigs.

4. What problems occur if a lifted truck isn’t properly aligned?

Rapid tire wear, poor steering response, pulling, instability, and premature suspension damage.

5. Do I need an alignment after installing a lift or leveling kit?

Yes—100%. Any suspension modification changes geometry and requires recalibration for safe handling and proper tracking.

Pre-Alignment Checklist:

Before bringing your car in for alignment, please ensure the following:

  • Confirm that the steering and suspension are in safe, proper working condition.
  • Check that the front tie rods are not seized, as we do not use heat to free them up.
  • Inspect ball joints, bushings, and tie rods for signs of wear or play.
  • Ensure bearings are not loose or worn, and there are no leaking struts or shocks.
  • Verify the steering box for minor play, and ensure tires are safe for driving.
  • The vehicle must be capable of running under its own power.
  • If the vehicle underwent restoration, ensure all work has been double-checked by the facility/person responsible. If unsure, book a steering/suspension re-torque before the alignment appointment.
  • We will proceed with the alignment once the vehicle passes our inspection

Please note, should any components fail inspection, there will be a charge for the inspection as our technicians invest time in this process. We aim to avoid wasting your time and money by addressing these issues upfront.

Please request a steering and suspension inspection if you do not know the condition of your vehicle.

Thorough inspections and prioritize safety to prevent any future issues.
