Common tire questions.
Can every punctured tire be repaired?
No. The location and size of the damage, internal tire condition, tread depth and whether the tire was driven while underinflated all affect whether a repair is appropriate.
Why does my vehicle vibrate after installing tires?
Tire and wheel imbalance is one possible cause, but wheel damage, tire uniformity and other mechanical issues can also contribute to vibration.
What causes inside-edge tire wear?
Alignment geometry and worn steering or suspension components are among the issues that should be checked when abnormal inside-edge wear is present.
Should I get an alignment when I buy new tires?
Checking alignment is particularly worthwhile when the old tires show irregular wear, the vehicle pulls, the steering wheel is off-centre or steering and suspension work has recently been performed.
